We fix your computer right where it is.

If we cannot complete your repair via the internet, we come to you. If your computer must be brought in, we pick, deliver, set-up and test your computer to verify that the repair is satisfactory.

You pay nothing until satisfied.

When you carry your computer in for service, you must pay before you can have it back. If it still is not repaired, what are you going to do... take it back to pay them for not fixing it again? Or worse, tell you that the computer is not worth fixing but still charge you for diagnostic time?
